1. Digital Course Purchases

Ustathy provides access to digital and recorded course content. Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access provided after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once access to the purchased content has been granted.

2. Exceptions

A refund may be considered in circumstances such as:

  • A duplicate payment was made for the same product.
  • A technical issue on our side prevents access to the purchased content and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period.
  • A refund is otherwise required under applicable UAE law.

3. Change of Mind

Refunds will generally not be provided because a customer changes their mind, no longer requires the course, does not complete the course, or does not achieve a particular academic result.

  • Course or digital product purchased
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

5. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

6. Course Access Following a Refund

If a refund is issued, access to the refunded course or digital product may be revoked.
